The weather in Sirince in March is rather pleasant. The days are around 60-68 degrees but the nights are a little cool. The weather in Istanbul in March and April is spring, sunny and a little rain; cool nights and rather nice days. The beginning of April is the Tulip season so you will see millions of tulips blooming everywhere. I am going at the end of February and all I take for outer garments is a suede sport coat and a scarf and I am fine, probably because I am from Wisconsin and it is much colder here.
