I've done this trip 8 or 9 times and I LOVE it each time. Captain Mark and Amy are very knowledgeable and concerned about the environment. You can't miss with this trip!Full review by Q1778QEstephaniec

Will be in Myrtle Beach this year mid-Sept., is this a good time to see the dolphins? Also do you have to have a reservation as we will have to rely on Uber.

You do need a reservation. We went in July and sadly did not see any dolphins, however the water was so rough, not sure if that had anything to do with it or not. They offered for the entire boat to come back since we didn't see any dolphins. They were wonderful, and even though we didn't see any, we still had a great time!! Good luck!!

We do a Dolphin Watch Tour. Dolphins are actually in the whale family. We do have larger whales that come thru the area but because are waters are so shallow along our coastline, they rarely come close to shore. We have seen a humpback whale on one of our tours but again, very rare sighting. in addition, the whales are generally passing by our coast in the winter months. We run March thru November. Let me know if I can help you further.
