The space is a newly refurbished English basement suite in the ground floor of our home, with a private entrance and private rear patio. Although we are fairly new to VRBO, we are experienced hosts and have excellent reviews on another platform. Great location, one block to Eastern Market Metro and short walk to the Capitol. Keypad entry for easy check-in. Amenities for business and leisure travelers, including coffee, tea, soap, shampoo/conditioner, wifi, washer/dryer, etc. Great neighborhood for kids. All bed linens and towels are provided. More details below. Entry - There are a few steps down to enter the apartment. The front door has a keyless lock and the code is provided a few days before check-in. Bedroom - The separate bedroom is located in the rear of the suite with queen size bed, closet, dresser, and nightstand. Plenty of pillows, extra sheets and comforters. There is a handheld garment steamer in the dresser, and an iron and ironing board in the closet.
