It's very easy to find if you are driving yourself and it may be included on some organized tours. Take I10 past the airport and then take I310 towards the river. Exit before crossing the bridge and take a left at River Road. It's very close after the turn.

We actually packed our lunch. We took the house tour, kept our tour sticker on, ate in the car, and went back in the grounds. We did not see eating places close to it.

From what I understand it was used by the company as a "clubhouse" and headquarters, so there may have been a pool there.
