It's a residential road that you walk down to get to the lighthouse. You can't drive your car on the road. You would have to park it and then walk to the lighthouse. When we went the lighthouse was closed to the public - not sure if permanently or just that day. Like Carlos says, the park is open though. Beautiful views!
