There is a lot you can do from the port, many sites are within walking distance, there’s a lot to see in old San Juan, great restaurants, great bars! Art studios, gift shops, and of course the fort, but it was close when I was there two weeks ago, you should have a great time, but if your time is limited because you’re on the cruise, there’s many things you can see and enjoy!
