12/15/22 : Used to be a thriving upscale multi level center . Now is nearly fully vacant. Ghosty & weird . Got yelled at for taking fotos. Top floor though has great AC skyline view. Full review by Frank S

This place is empty there are no shops inside. It’s just a rusty old building. It has a lot of homeless around it but there are no shops of any kind Full review by snitzer
