The Kumasi Ghana Temple was announced in April 2021 by Pres. Russell M. Nelson. This temple will join the Accra Ghana Temple as the second in the country. Plans call for two-story design covering 22,750 square feet, including an arrival center. The existing meetinghouse will remain.
