Yes, it's closed ... but it's still worth visiting if you're in the area anyway. The attached photos are ones I managed to take through the wire fence; hopefully it'll reopen again soon so that I can… Full review by Highlander40

Walked a distance to Castle. No signs to say it's closed until right in the grounds. No way of accessing castle so little point in visiting, nothing to see. I wouldn't think it will be open any time… Full review by lovethesun34
