I am not a great fan of HOHO though many are The local buses are very good and cheap and the bus stops right at the gate!

Hi! Thank you for your question! I am sorry to say that we cannot help with transportation other than provide information on the options available. The easiest way to get here is to use the blue line of City Tour bus (see City Tour website for additional information). The same ticket will also allow you to move around the city and visit other interesting places. Another option is to use public transportation, see museum website Contact information page for more on the routes and timetables. There's also a free bus on route between the harbor and Rocca al Mare shopping center. It is a 10 minute walk from the shopping center to the gates of the museum. If you prefer a guided tour at the museum, it should be ordered in advance. In other case just step inside and take your time to enjoy the scenery.
