it's a shop, you can try out some cheese for free, in the lower level, it's museum, small, but free to visit, you can see some tools, and there are outfits you can wear to take picture with the cow.Full review by ELKW

It's role is to keep the cheese fresh for a longer period of time. There are also types of cheese that have some kind of crust, harder then the rest of the cheese, ususaly brown. That one is eatable.
